State of the World's Children 2015 Executive Summary

As the world marks 25 years of the Convention on the Rights of the Child, The State of the World’s Children calls for brave and fresh thinking to address age-old problems that still affect the most disadvantaged children.

The report highlights remarkable innovations people are carrying out in countries and communities across the globe to make the world better for every child. The report provides links to an interactive “innovation map” that addresses categories including: engaging youth, sparking creativity, working with communities, adapting solutions, reaching all children and rethinking structures. The report also presents the most recent key statistics on child survival, development and protection for the world’s countries, areas and regions.
